Return & Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days by our production partner, Printful. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated by Printful at checkout based on your order and location. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • United States: 3–7 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Right To Bear Apparel Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (applicable for cross-border shipments to the US).

Damages & Returns

We work with Printful to ensure the highest quality products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at righttobearapparel@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. Printful's policy covers misprints, damaged, and defective items — we'll arrange a free replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis. Please note that returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse or sizing issues, so we encourage you to review our size guides before ordering.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Right To Bear Apparel Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
